Love, relationships, family, friends. This is what weddings are all about and this is what made this one so special – the amazing love Karine and Wim share with each other, the deep bond they have with their families, the amazing friends they had celebrating with them. There are so many words rushing into my mind when trying to describe their wedding day, the intimate ceremony at the edge of the Atlantic ocean, the glorious light from the setting sun, the laughter of friends and family, the sound of the waves.
As a wedding photographer I am tasked with the job of translating all that into a visual heritage, images that will be important not only for the people who attended Karine and Wim’s wedding, but also for the people who are not born yet.
